Mental Health Tools Night is a practical and faith-based evening with Dr. AO focused on learning tools for mental health: emotional health, brain-body connection, and everyday stability. Participants will learn practical strategies for stress, emotional regulation, mindset, relationships, boundaries, and whole-person wellness. Ages 14+. Books, workbooks, and resources will be available for purchase onsite.
